All US orders are shipped through USPS and will arrive with your regular post office mail. International orders are shipped using GlobalPost.

We recommend using a shipping address that regularly receives mail and packages from USPS, including PO Boxes. These shipments will arrive with your regular mail and do not require a signature.
Yes! We can ship to many countries beyond the US and Canada. During the checkout process, simply select your country from the dropdown menu.
If your country is not listed in the dropdown menu, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to this location.

All international shipments outside of North America will be shipped via GlobalPost Standard International and include complete tracking updates from shipment to delivery. We discourage the use of parcel forwarding services. If you choose to use a parcel forwarding company, we will not be liable for any damage, defect, or loss that occurs. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company. Any order addressed to a parcel forwarding company is placed at your own risk.
We strongly caution against shipping to non-permanent addresses, including hotels, vacation rentals, package forwarding services, or similar addresses. If you plan to use this type of shipping address, please select our Express option accordingly.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds or reshipments for lost or delayed packages sent to non-permanent addresses.

An email confirming your order on NameBubbles.com will be sent at the time of purchase. As these emails are automated, occasionally, they may be routed to Promotions or Spam folders. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us as soon as possible and our Customer Service Team will do our very best to ensure that the change can be made. You can reorder any of your previous purchases by signing in to NameBubbles.com and navigating to the “Account” page. Click the “Reorder” button located to the right of the order you’d like to recreate, and a small pop-up window will appear with a list of the product(s) from your order*. Check the box next to the product(s) you would like to reorder, then click ‘Add To Cart.’ Once in your cart, you can view the product and all customization details. If you would like, you can also make edits to the customization before repurchasing.
*The image previews in the pop-up are generic product depictions that do not display any customization details you previously chose (color, font, name, etc.). These can be seen in the order details or once the product(s) has been added to your cart.

Our Stick-On (Press-and-Stick) laminated labels “for clothing care tags” should only be applied to the clothing care tags where the size and fabric information are typically found. As these labels are laminated for extra durability, they need a solid surface to help them lay flat during wash cycles and should not be placed directly on fabric.
The thinner, unlaminated style “For Tagless Clothing” should be applied to the brand imprint/silkscreen care or size information that is stamped in place of a traditional tag.
Applying this more flexible label type to the silkscreen text creates a stronger bond than if applied directly to fabric. Due to the lack of lamination on these labels, they may be more prone to fading and transfer when exposed to certain chemicals, such as those found in chlorinated pools, bug sprays, and sunscreens.
Neither style of clothing label should be applied directly to fabric.
To apply name clothing labels, peel and stick your laminated clothing labels onto the care tag. For tagless items, peel and stick unlaminated labels onto the brand imprint (silkscreen logo/size/care information stamped in place of a tag). Do not place Stick-On labels directly on fabric.
To remove, simply peel up the label at its edges. Gently pull until the clothing label lifts.
Absolutely! Our custom laminated (for clothing care tags) name labels for clothing can also be used on most smooth, flat surfaces and are dishwasher, microwave, and freezer safe.
We strictly recommend our Iron-On labels if you need to apply the label directly to the fabric. When applied directly to fabric, stick-on labels will peel and detach after being washed.
Iron-on labels will fuse directly to the fabric during application and cannot be removed.
When applying our personalized name tag stickers onto non-clothing items, ensure the surface is clean and dry and that no soap residue is left behind. Lay the name sticker flat on the smoothest possible part of the item, and gently press onto the surface while smoothing out any bubbles or wrinkles. Let the label rest for 24 hours before wear, wash, or play for best results. It helps if the label is fully attached to the surface and the edges are not wrapped and/or cut to fit. Do not cut labels, as this may expose the adhesive and jeopardize the integrity of the bond.
Yes, our custom name labels are non-toxic and can be used in bottle sanitizers, warmers, or boiling water. Our labels are best suited for temperatures between -60 ºF and 225 ºF.
Our adhesive will not bond with rubber or silicone surfaces. For labeling silicone bottles, like ComoTomo®, we recommend labeling the small plastic ring toward the top of the bottle.
Yes, our children’s name labels can be applied to glass. We recommend ensuring the surface is clean and dry before applying the label. It also helps if the glass surface is at room temperature during application.
Our Stick-On (Press-and-Stick) custom name stickers can be removed with intent. To remove our name labels, peel up from the edge of the label to lift it off of the surface. For name stickers that have been applied to non-clothing items for a considerable amount of time, you may need the assistance of vegetable oil to ease off the label. Any residue can be easily removed with 70% isopropyl rubbing alcohol, Goo Gone®, or similar cleaners.
As of March 2023, we have retired our electronic gift certificates. Any gift certificate purchased previously will be honored per their original terms; however, no new gift cards may be purchased.

To access your loyalty card, simply log in to your account and click “Store Credit” - your unique code and balance will then appear.
If you cannot log in, you may have checked out as a guest user in the past. Please create a new account using the same email address your previous orders were placed with to access your loyalty card.
At checkout, enter your loyalty code into the “Gift Card or Discount Code” box and hit “Apply” - your credit will be applied to your order.
Absolutely! After you’ve finished applying your store credit, you can use the same box to apply a discount code.
Yes indeed! But you need to have an account with us in order to do so. So, once you have an account, go to your account dashboard. From there, click the button on the bottom left that says 'STORE CREDIT.' Click '+ add store credit' and paste in your gift card code and click 'Add Store Credit.' If the gift card is valid you will get a success message, meaning that your gift card balance is now added to your loyalty card code!
It's possible that you checked out at different times with different email addresses. Please note that your loyalty card code is associated with your email address. That being said, if you checked out with one email address one time, and a different email address another time, you will have two loyalty card codes, and the store credit would be divided accordingly among the two loyalty card codes. This makes it very important to ensure that you are using the same email address each time you checkout.
If you’ve placed orders previously on NameBubbles.com without a registered account, you can create a Name Bubbles account with the same email address used for your previous purchases. It is important to use the same email address as this is how our website recognizes your purchase history.

Yes. we can print text with accents or special characters. Once the custom labels are added to your shopping cart, please review all of the text, and we will print it exactly as it appears in the order details. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@namebubbles.com

Fundraising
Once approved as a Name Bubbles fundraiser, you will receive a unique URL to share with your supporters. Once they click on your unique link and make a purchase on NameBubbles.com, your fundraiser will receive a 20% commission of the order subtotal.* Or, your fundraiser may receive 10% commission of the order subtotal* and a 10% discount to your organization, depending on which option you choose.
*Commission totals may change due to order cancellations or returns.
Once an application is submitted, it can take 1-3 business days for our team to establish your fundraising account. You will receive an email notification once your application is approved.
These emails are automated so if you do not see it in your inbox, you may want to check a Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received a notification after 7 business days, please reach out to us at fundraising@namebubbles.com.
Technically, yes! You must be at least 18 years of age to participate. If you are raising funds for an organization, we ask that you are affiliated or employed with them.
1. Do not add your fundraising link to coupon sites; it’s cheating! We check these sites frequently. Any codes posted to these or similar type sites will be deactivated immediately.
2. You must not comment with your fundraising link on any Name Bubbles social media posts or channels (i.e., Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.).
3. You must be kind and respectful to all other Name Bubbles Fundraisers.
All fundraising commissions are paid through PayPal. Within the fundraising account dashboard, you will have the option to include your preferred PayPal email account.
You can opt to delete your fundraising account through your fundraising dashboard. Deleting your account will prevent you from earning future fundraising commissions with Name Bubbles Fundraising, as well as loss of payment history data.
Note: In some cases, your account information may remain in our system to comply with various business purposes such as tax reporting.
